Theresa mistakenly believes that Ethan wants to be with her and Ethan Martin as a family of three. A devestated Theresa is thrilled after she reunites with Whitney and Chad. Chad calls Ethan on his feelings for Theresa. Charity is shocked when she learns that she is alive because of Timmy's heart donation. Luis is insane with jealousy when Sheridan tells him about her and Antonio's previous life. Luis delivers an unfair ultimatum. As Mrs. Wallace crashes, she is brought to the hospital. She faints when Antonio tells her that "Diana" is really Sheridan Crane.

Luis delivers an ultimatim that crushes Sheridan. Sheridan tells Luis that she chooses him. Eve discovers that any emotional trauma could be fatal to Antonio. Whitney and Chad tell Theresa and Ethan (respectively) that they made love. Gwen is hurt by what she overhears Chad and Ethan talking about. Kay doesn't believe that the flowers are really for Simone. Theresa convinces Whitney to tell Simone the truth, while Ethan convinces Chad to tell Simone the truth. Chad turns the tables on Ethan. Evil "doppelganger," "Zombie Charity," shows up in Charity's cubicle with a gift...a glimpse into her fatal future! Kay assures Charity that everything will turn out the way it is supposed to.

Tabitha Lenox stirs up trouble. Miguel comforts a distraught Charity. Kay is excited when she learns about what the Zombie Charity told / showed Charity. Ethan tells Chad that he doesn't trust Theresa. Gwen catches Theresa in another lie and confronts her...in front of Ethan! Theresa has been pretending that she was unable to take care of "babies," when all along she could—just so that she could spend time with Ethan! Pilar and Sheridan worry together about the fate of the Lopez-Fitzgerald family. Beth has hope for her relationship with her Latino lover Luis Lopez-Fitzgerald. Mrs. Wallace has other thoughts. Beth tells Sheridan they she is engaged to Luis.

Theresa is devestated when Ethan leaves her to make love to Gwen. Kay lashes out at Grace, as the two have a fiery talk about Grace's "favoritism." As Grace tries to comfort Kay, she is hurt when Kay curses her with profanity. Gwen gloats to Theresa while she struggles to explain the truth. Ethan tells Theresa not to blame Gwen. Eve tells Pilar the truth about Antonio's condition. Antonio realizes that there is something he doesn't know...and he is determined to find out! Sheridan is furious with Luis for being hypocritical. Even after manipulating Sheridan, Beth's hopes are dashed. Mrs. Wallace disapproves of Beth's manipulations.

Grace breaks down when Kay attacks her verbally. Simone is furious with Kay. Whitney and Chad comfort a distraught Theresa. Whitney and Chad realize that they are being hypocrites. When they arrive home, an angry TC confronts them. Antonio decides to "poke around," in order to find out what the secret is that people are keeping from him. Gwen and Ethan begin to make love. Gwen makes sure that Theresa hears every detail of her passion with Ethan. Mrs. Wallace tells Antonio to ask Sheridan and Luis what their problem is. Sheridan is furious with Luis for being unfair. A stubborn "macho image" Luis refuses to apologize. The couple's anger turns to passion. Antonio walks in on Sheridan and Luis in an embrace. Eve tells Pilar that her eldest son may die.
