Miguel gives Sam's gun back to Pilar after she sees him. Kay tells Charity with every fibre in her body that she is sorry for what happened. Jessica and Simone wonder what Kay is telling Charity. Eve turns off the respirator and tells the family that all they do now is wait. Timmy (Josh Ryan Evans) passes away as a devestated Tabitha mourns her loss.

Julian sends Antonio to the cottage, while Sheridan realizes that she is engaged to Brian. Luis discovers that Sheridan flew to Harmony on the same flight as his brother and "Diana." Charity awakens to say her goodbyes to Miguel, her family, and to a distraught Kay. Eve tells Miguel that there is no hope. Julian fills Rebecca in on his plan. Theresa continues to ask Ethan to stay with her. Antonio walks up to the cottage. Father Lonigan refuses to give Kay absolution. Luis rushes over to tell Beth the news, as Mrs. Wallace prays for Sheridan to return to life.

Kay asks Father Lonigan for absolution, and he refueses to give it to her. Antonio walks up to the cottage. Luis rushes over to tell Beth the news, as Mrs. Wallace prays for Sheridan to return to life. Beth is happy to plan the wedding—until she hears of Sheridan's return. She feels betrayed, as Mrs. Wallace secretly celebrates. Julian fills Rebecca in on his plan. Antonio walks up to the cottage, and almost sees Luis and Sheridan. Sheridan confesses to Antonio that she is "Sheridan Crane." She then realizes that he is Luis's brother. Tabitha vows to avenge Timmy's death. Charity awakens to say goodbye to Miguel, as Eve issues a death certificate and declares Miss Standish-Bennett legally dead. Then she recieves shocking news!

Tabitha is outraged to learn that the teens are praying for Charity when they didn't for Timmy, and that they plan to "steal" Timmy's heart for Charity. Simone rips into Kay. Luis and Antonio meet and they come to blows. Beth's mother is thrilled that Luis has broken up with Beth. Sheridan realizes that she is in a very difficult situation! Miguel is distraught after learning that he has lost both women in his life.

However, today's episode and Monday's episode will include "Timmy." This is his second last episode. Timmy arrives as an angel while a thrilled yet angry Tabitha vows to destroy Charity. She causes a storm with her powers and it turns off the power generators in the hospital. Simone tells Kay off, and later goes to the Russell house and believes Chad's present to Whitney is really for her. Miguel is thrilled when Pilar informs him that Theresa is alive! Kay is happy for Miguel.
