Victor McCay joined the cast of "Passions" in the role of "Doc," a friend of Liz and Brian, a medical professional with very strange ideas.

McCay stars on NBC's hit series "The West Wing" in the recurring role of 'Pete.' His additional credits include a co-star role on FOX's award-winning "Ally McBeal," and guest-star roles on "ER," "Chicago Hope," "Family Law," "Resurrection Boulevard," and "Judging Amy."

Born on April 22, McCay's hobbies include printmaking, raquetball, and puppetry.
