I think the Doozer with the Pink helmet is Cotterpin's mother, Wingnut. She has a pink helmet, And that blue hair could be hidden underneath her hat.
The Doozers seam to be from the same Pattern as the Hasbro Softie Doozers from the 80's. Just smaller in size.
