Our lovely Cabins. I know you can't see them very well, but the first one is Birch, where a majority of our guy friends stayed, and the bottom one was Spurce, our cabin. It was very well decorated.

Here was our lovely table with our *oh so edible* not edible food. The top picture is Jeni, attempting to eat it.. and the bottom was just to show that we even decoracted our table.

We were roughing it out in the woods! The top picture is a Praying Mantis that landed right next to me as I was heading out of my cain to lunch. I screamed, Christen came in, Screamed.. we grabbed our cameras.. photographed it, screamed.. then she went to find the guys, and Kayla came.. and she screamed... Then the bottom is a snake that we found. Christen is holding it! It's soo cute!

In the mornings, after lunch, and after dinner, we went to practice. That I think, is part of Wave. Not sure, just a guess... Then, the bottom one, is a classic Color Guard Sectional/Break. That would be Liz, imitating "Tree man" (as Jeni would say.. But he's also known as Amber Vision.. He was one of the percussion instructors) with our Wings.

However, our free time was spent wisely. We had a lot of fun. The middle one was our early games of Chicken, until Mr. Ulrich found it inappropriate, so we decided to play tackle the drum major.

At night at the Lodge, We would play games. One night we had the limbo competition.. Afterwords we played Twister. The HoT SpOt. lol

However, on skit night, the funniest skit of them all was the Colorguards. We did "How To Get Ready for a Date". We picked three pre-picked *volenteers*, and had them come up, and sit in a chair. We did it guard style though, and taped their hands with electrical tape that is used to keep our flags on the poles. We shoved banana's in their faces, brushed their teeh from behind them, cleaned their faces (with jelly), put on foundation (with dry milk), and did their make up. Then, they went on their date, and took a shower (by us dumping a cup of water on their heads).

For the best section of the day, they gave the *Spirit Stick*. Monday was Trumpets, Tuesday was Clairnets, Wednesday was Mellophones, Thursday was Percussion, and Friday was Color Guard. (Clairnets and Color Guard pictured)

As you can see, we all had a wonderful time, and made some really good friends.

*Really* Good Friends.
We all made it home in one piece (well most of us..) and we had a great time. We made a lot of progress at band camp, and can't wait until our return to Camp Timbers in the Summer of 2003! GO, COUGARS, GO, FIGHT!
