If you are traveling to the Reno/Sparks area from out of town, you can check the current weather.
Located at 3160 North Truckee Lane in East Sparks, our office is easily accessible from either 395 North or I-80 East. When traveling on I-80 East, exit at McCarran Boulevard Exit #19. Turn left, heading North on McCarran Boulevard. Continue on to Baring Boulevard and take a right. At the stoplight, turn left, on to North Truckee Lane. You will be in a residential area. Come down just about 2 blocks in length from the intersection of Baring and North Truckee. The office is on the right side of the street. Parking is available in the lot directly in front of the office as well as on the street. Please don't use the areas around the building as these belong to the residents that surround our office. If you are traveling from 395 North, exit at McCarran Boulevard exit #70 and continue on to Baring Boulevard and turn left. Once again, at the stoplight, turn left onto North Truckee Lane and continue on to our office.
Our office hours are by appointment. As a courtesy for our patients, we will bill your insurance company. However, since there are virtually hundreds of plans available, please check beforehand to see if your particular plan has a list or panel of Dentists that you are required to work with. Dr. Caffaratti does not participate on any of the plans at this time.

What IF?
What do I do if I have some type of Dental Emergency? Call the office number 358-1555. If it is after hours, the answering service will pickup the call.
What if I miss an appointment? We reserve the right to charge for appointments cancelled or broken without 24 hour advance notice. We are often able to find patients able to take cancelled appointments.
Financing
Financing is available on some treatments. We work with an outside lending institute that has offered to our patients (upon credit qualifications) a wonderful re-payment plan. This is an excellent opportunity for those who are in need of some financial assistance. Our Financial Secretary will help you with the details. For your convenience, we also accept Visaq or Mastercardq, personal checks, cash, and debit transactions.

Staff
The Personable staff of Dr. Caffaratti is comprised of the following members:
Our Hygiene department has 3 Dental Hygienists. Each is caring and knowledgeable in their field. Your health, comfort, patient awareness, education and questions will be their concern.
We have 4 Dental Auxiliaries that will assist Dr. Caffaratti in your treatment. Each brings to the practice many years of experience. They will make your visit to our office as comfortable for you as possible.
A Financial Secretary and an Appointment Coordinator manage the business office. They will be able to assist you with your financial, insurance and scheduling issues.
We also have two part-time support persons that help with clerical and assisting duties.
