Q:
Is the fence included in the autogate option?
A: The fence is part of the house. The autogate option includes,
2 motor units for each swing door, controller unit, button inside the
house, installation, testing and commission, and connection to 3DOME Smart
Home System.
Q:
Can I have just the alarm option?
A: Alarm is not an option of the system. 3DOME is an integrated
system, which means that alarm is part of the system. 3DOME uses alarm
sensors for various reasons, in particularly energy saving. 3DOME can
operate as a normal alarm system but then you don’t use all its built-in
features.
Q:
What are the differences between alarm packages?
A: Package A
It can call out with dedicated message: alarm detected at the back of
the house or roof or front of the house. The roof is protected by vibration
sensors as well as motion detector, meaning when someone walks on the
roof the alarm will be triggered.
Package
B
It can call out with dedicate message: alarm detected at the back of the
house ground floor, first floor, or roof or front ground floor or first
floor of the house. It can tell in more detail where the alarm has been
triggered. The roof is protected by vibration sensors as well as motion
detector, meaning when someone walks on the roof the alarm will be triggered,
if someone managed not to trigger the vibration sensor, the motion detector
will detect once entered the roof space. A higher security than package
A.

C
As package B but more. It can tell our with dedicated message: alarm detected
in bedroom 2 or 3. It can tell in more detail where the alarm has been
triggered uptill the room details. It also protects the kitchen from overheating
or smoke spreading.
Q:
What do I get if I choose the CCTV option?
A: CCTV option has 2 functions:
1) It makes the house Astro ready, meaning with this option you can view
Astro in every room with only on Astro decoder. It also allows the parents
to check what the children are watching on their TV.
2) It can be used to place additional cameras inside your house, which
can be used for remote viewing purposes.
Q:
If I don’t want option A to be installed in the living room can I
have it installed in the master bedroom only?
A: Yes, that is possible, we can use the same system electronics.
That means the price remains the same. Certain system settings are different
and the programming needs to be changed. For that we have to charge you
for that. But it si minimum. While we install so many packages, we want
to reduce varieties of packages, therefore choose a package which is most
suitable for you and once the house is done we change it specially for
you.
Q:
If the system breaks down how do I use my house, and what is the unit
cost if I want to replave my unit?
A: Once a major break down occurs, the 3DOME system can be overridden
by a flip of a switch. That makes the house wall switch turn into the
old conventional way of control. Therefore you are never in the dark.
Q:
Once a breakdown occurs, do I have to call the smart home people or my
electrical wire man?
A: Using the override switch you can verify who to call. In manual
position the light doesn’t work call your electrical wire man. In
manual position the light works fine, but in automatic mode it doens’t
call you smart home dealer.
Q:
Can this system be installed in a factory as well?
A: Yes, the system is originally designer for factories and in cars
(BMW and Mercedes). So not a problem to it in any environment like factories,
schools etc.
Q:
Is the price negotiable?
A: Price is negotiable once more than 3 houses are purchased.
