2011 will be our 6th season of Truck Pulling at the Mason Dixon Fairgrounds, benefiting the
Delta-Cardiff Vol. Fire Co. These events have been a huge success for the last five seasons.
For the 2011 season we are planning three events that will include 8 different classes for
street legal 4wd trucks. Modified 4wd trucks , Farm stock tractors and Street legal Semi
Trucks. One of these events will be held during the Mason -Dixon Fair.
Our goal is to have at least 1,000 spect ators and 80 competition vehicles for each event. The
event during the 2010 Mason-Dixon Fair filled the bleachers and surrounding area with
spectators to the point that you could hardly walk through the crowd .
To make these events successful we are lookin g for sponsorship from local businesses that
may benefit from advertising at these events. Sponsorship dollars will help to pay for
advertising, track equipment, etc. and will bring your business name and product to the eye
of all our spectators.
Plan One: $200.00 - for previous sponsors that own their banner. $300.00 for new
sponsors that will need a banner made. One track side banner will be displayed (3’x5’) with
sponsors name at all three events. Two free spectator passes including Pit Passes good for
any event.
Plan Two: $350.00 - One track side banner will be displayed (3’x5’) with sponsors name at
all three events. Banner will also be displayed at all of the Classic Antique tractor pulling
events. Any one of 8 classes will be named after your business . (Example: East Coast Off
Road Modified Gas Trucks). This name will be used to announce the class at all the events
and whenever class names are used in advertising materials. Class name availability will be
assigned on a first come first serve basis - Three free spectator passes including Pit Passes for
each Truck Pulling event.
Plan Three: $500.00 - for previous sponsors with banners . $600.00 for new sponsors that
need banners. -Two track side banners will be displayed (3’x5’) with sponsors name at all
three events. A business card size advertisement will be printed on all event flyers for the
2011 season. One of the classes will be named after your business. (Example: East Coast
Off Road Modified Gas Trucks). This name will be used to announce the cla ss at all the
events and whenever class names are used in advertising materials. Class name availability
will be assigned on a first come first serve basis - Four free spectator passes including Pit
Passes for each Truck Pulling event. NOTE: There are only three of these sponsorships
available, first come first serve.
Advertising: Vendor Spaces will be available for anybody wishing to advertise and sell
their products (Must be non-food related). 12 x 12 area is available for $75.00 per event.
Other options are available please call for pricing.
NOTES: One or Two banners for new sponsors are included in the price of sponsorship.
Banners are 3ft x 5ft. Text only, up to 2 colors. Custom Logos are available but may be
subject to additional artwork fees.
Since all proceeds benefit the Delta Cardiff Vol. Fire Co. w e will not limit our sponsorship.
Due to the nature of these events, there may be multiple related sponsors.

In the event of a rainout or event cancellation for any reason, we will attempt to reschedule.
If rained out again, sponsorship will carry over into the first event of the following season.
Please note that the Mason Dixon Fair Assoc., Delta Cardiff Vol. Fire Dept event staff or any
of their associates are not responsible for any damage, theft or loss of advertising equipment
or products. Any business donating equipment for use at these events will have the right to
hang their company banners at the event for which they donated equipme nt.
March 31, 2011 is the deadline for sponsors who wish to be included on the event flyers
for the season.
