Author's History: I've been writing fanfics since sixth grade when I wrote a sequel to the movie 'Hook.'  It was the further adventures of Tinkerbell's cousin - it sucked.  I didn't discover the meaning of the phrase 'Mary Sue' for quite some time.  Consequently there are a few fics that will never see the light of day due to the embarrassingly perfect nature of their heroine.  Only recently have I discovered the online fan fiction community.  I have been hooked ever since - no pun intended.

For those that ask I cannot, repeat, cannot write lemons.  I have tried.  If I don't die of embarrassment in the middle of their writing, I end up writing a humorous situation in there to defuse the tension - which defeats the purpose of a lemon, doesn't it?  To those who can write lemons with characterization and naughtiness - I salute you.

I
can write stupid - stupid humor, stupid parody, if it's stupid, I can write it.  I can function on higher levels of humor and choose to write on that plane, but seriously, does it get any better than a good fart joke or Vejita in a dress?  I think not.

Influences are Terry Pratchett, Dave Barry, Jolly Blackburn and Pete Abrams when it comes to humor; Margaret Weis, Terry Hickman, Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett again when it comes to fantasy.  Tim O'Brien when it comes to writing about dying, surviving and living.
