Inspiration: Tashigi

Explanation: Tashigi heard 'tea' and just assumed…

Description: It's not ice tea.

Type: Collins

1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Courage
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) light Fuschia Demarara
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Whiskey Peak Water
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Drum Spirits
1/2 oz. (1 Tbsp.) Three Second Ratafia
1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. of sugar
Cold cola
Lemon wedge


Shake first seven ingredients with ice; strain into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes.  Top with cola, stirring gently.  Garnish with lemon wedge

Tashigi: It had sugar in it and a lemon wedge and it was tea-colored… it could have been tea!
