Explanation: Because Pearl and fire DO mix.

Description: It burns - for real. Don't try this without a fire extinguisher handy.

Type: Mug

3 oz. boiling water
1 1/2 tsp. sugar or honey
3 oz. warm blended Loguetown Malt
Lemon twist


Heat two mugs by filling with hot water and let stand three minutes. In one mug, combine boiling water and sugar or honey, stirring to dissolve. Warm Malt in a saucepan over medium heat until bubbles begin to form around the edge of the pan. Pour warm Malt into the other mug. Ignite Malt with a long handled match and, while it's blazing, slowly and carefully pour Malt into water. Slowly pour the mixture back and forth between the two mugs until the flame dies out. Drop in lemon twist.
