Inspiration: Norland

Explanation: This was his last drink that went with his last supper. How do we know that since Norland is supposedly only a faerie tale and if it is true history it occurred 400 years ago? Ancient bartender lore passed down from generation to generation.

Type: Cocktail

1 oz. (2 Tbsp.) Galliano Ratafia
3/4 oz. (1 1/2 Tbsp.) Three Second Ratafia
3/4 oz. (1 1/2 Tbsp.) fresh orange juice
3/4 oz. (1 1/2 Tbsp.) half and half


Shake ingredients with ice; strain into a chilled glass.
