Chris Kim is a very talented guitarist similar in style to such artists as Joe Satriani and Steve Vai. He is from the Los Angeles area and if you haven't guessed it by now, Chris plays instrumental guitar driven rock songs.
The song Jealousy Of Love is a mid tempo song with some wonderful soaring riffs and superior musicianship by everyone that contributed to this song. Chris played the guitar and bass and keyboards were played by Amir Efrat and the drums were played by Peter Lobo. The keyboards are subdued but they compliment the guitars and overall feel of the song. The drumming is wonderful as well with some nice fills thrown into the mix to also compliment the song.
It's so refreshing to hear a solo artist such as Chris enlist the help of other musicians to round out the song. Many times solo artists will concentrate on their own instrument and play the others without a good feeling for them and sometimes that can ruin a song. Chris is a tremendous guitar player and I would recommend you to email him to put some more songs up so you can hear more from him.
There are only two songs available to listen right now. The other song, Good Bye is another incredible song with Chris playing a melodic, soaring guitar. This song has a wonderful feel to it and sets a great mood. It looks like this song was dedicated to a dear friend.
