1. Go at a moderate speed. Place your feet as in the diagrams above, your back foot on the middle of the tail,
and your front foot a few inches behind the bolts.
2. Crouch down, keeping your head over the board and facing towards where you are going. Make sure you keep your balance.
3. Pop the back down with your back foot, and as the board lifts up, slide your front foot up the board.
4. Lift your back foot up aswell and the board should stick to it if you have slid your front foot up correctly.
5. Tuck your legs up to your body to allow extra height, but don't take your feet off the board.
6. As you come back down, extend your legs and then bend them slightly when you land. Your feet should be approximately on
the bolts, this will soften the landing and the stress on the board to prevent from damage.
7. Ride away clean and look happy with yourself.
