180 Ollie

1. Go at a moderate speed, place feet in postions shown above, basically ollie position.
2. While looking ahead, crouch, keeping your head up and above the board.
3. Pop with your back foot and slide with ur front foot (as with an ollie).
4. While sliding your foot twist both of your legs pushing the board around, remember, put your whole body
weight behind the 'turning motion' and twisting your shoulders is important aswell so you can put more effort into it.
5.Therefore pop, slide and push the board around with your back leg and body while your front foot directs the motion.
6. Land after the 180 in fakie and bend your knees to absorb the shock, but keep your balance as it may feel strange
as you are now basically in switch stance. Ride away.
