CLEVELAND COACHES COUNCIL

What is the Cleveland Coaches Council?

The Cleveland Coaches Council was formed in 1993 with the support of the Greater Cleveland Council of Figure Skating Clubs. With the guidance of the Professional Skaters Association and members of the GCC we have encouraged communication between coaches and clubs.

Our goals and objectives:

- To inform the Cleveland area coaches about education opportunities through seminars, workshops, and the internet.

- To work together with our national organization, the PSA, to bring national and world information to the local area on a timely basis.

- To maintain a high standard of professional ethics within the Cleveland coaching community.

- To continue our positive working relationship with the Greater Cleveland Council.

- To continue the pursuit of excellence in the Learn-To-Skate programs by sharing information in order to further promote recreational and competitive skating in the Cleveland area.

- To further promote goodwill and unity among coaches for the benefit of the skating community.
