STAFF MEDITATION FORM
The Staff, through centrifugal force, creates a sensation that can lead to an awareness of how equanimity of balance and power interact. This is not an intellectual understanding. It is a deep cellular knowledge release through the practice. One will learn respect for the principals.
The Ten Principles of Tai Chi
1. Head upright
2. Sink the chest, raise the back
3. Sung (relax) the waist
4. Define Yin and Yang
5. Sink shoulders and elbows
6. Use mind not muscular force
7. Upper and lower, move as one
8. Inside and outside coordinate
9. It flows as a great river
10. Seek stillness in movement and movement in stillness
