It had been a worrying time earlier in the year deciding whether or not to send our competition teams to compete due to the conflict in the surrounding countries. 

The decision proved to be the right one.

This was our best ever competition sucess to date, finishing 4th in the 12 to 14 category and silver medallists in the 18 and over. Such was the magnitude of the result, both teams were invited to compete in the World Championships, a first for our club & country, held at the end of October in St Louis USA.
