Be prepared - bring all the kit you will need.

Pay your subscription on time - the club needs the money to keep going!

Listen carefully to instructions.

Deliver any forms and letters promptly to your Parent/Guardian.

Let Coaches know if you cannot make practice.

Try your hardest no matter what.

Respect yourself - if you weren't good at skipping - you wouldn't be here.

Never think anyone is better than you.

Respect every member of the team - skippers and coaches.

Encourage each other.

Work together - we are a team.
