Shah Rukh, Salman upset with Amitabh

Now, now・this kind of promotion is definitely in bad taste and totally uncalled for. Recently the promos for Junior Kaun Banega Crorepati had two kids singing a derogartory song lampooning Shah Rukh and Salman Khan, while praising Amitabh. And you can imagine the anger the two super stars must have felt when they came across this kind of name-calling through innocent children. They are livid at the STAR television network and Amitabh Bachchan for airing such an ad on their channel. And though the channel would now pull down the promos, the damage has already been done as the ad was on air for a week. The STAR top bosses have apologized to the actors for the irresponsible act. But what is more surprising is the fact that an actor of the calibre of Amitabh Bachchan's agreed to shoot such an offensive promo and then let it go on air. One wonders where has the sense of propriety that Bollywood once prided itself for gone!
