My 88 S-10

At the moment, my pickup has the stock 2.8L motor in it with over 300,000km on it and it still runs perfect. But in the near future, I would like to buy a chevy 350 to put in it; Something with a few less kilometers on it and with a little more horsepower. I bought the truck when I was 16 and it was written off. With the help from my dad (an automotive painter) we fixed it and painted it with a simple stripe. My favorite part of the truck is the tailgate.

THE STEREO EQUIPMENT THAT IS IN MY TRUCK AT THE MOMENT:

Pioneer DEH-P545 in dash CD player
Pioneer CDX-P630S six disc stacker
Pioneer TS-W303C 12" 500 watt subwoofer
Kenwood KAC-716 240 watt subwoofer amp
2 Craig Powerplay Plus 150 watt 6X9's
MEI DA7220 200 watt amp (powering the 6X9's)

My Dad's 1986 S-10 Blazer

My dad also bought his s-10 written off. Rather than putting the old style grill back in, we put one from a 90 s-10 in it. We also cut the hoodscoops out of a Cavalier z24 and glued on to the factory hood. The rear bumper was removed and a homemade roll pan was welded in. Because there was no place for the license plate anymore, it was placed in the tailgate. He replaced the old rims with some off a camaro z28 and painted them for the most part body color. The door handles were shaved and a remote system is used to open them now. Finally he gave it a simple but eyecatching paintjob.
