Make all garbage buildings available

Open the cheat box and type in 'garbage in, garbage out'. You will be able to place any garbage building now.

Open the cheat box and type in 'i love red tape'. You will now be able to enact any ordinance.

Change salt water to fresh water or fresh water to salt water

Open the cheat box and type in 'salt off' or 'salt on'. All the water in the map will now be fresh or salt, whichever you chose.

Open the cheat box and type in 'simon says [string]'. Instead of typing [string], type what you want to appear in the news ticker. Whatever you type in will appear in the news ticker.

Open the cheat box and type in 'power to the masses'. You should be able to place any power plant now.

Open the cheat box and type in 'UFO swarm'. Then click on UFO in the disaster menu. UFOs will come and destroy your city.

Open and close the Power Plants menu, the Rewards & Opportunities menu, and the Garbage Disposal menu in that order. Now open the Landmarks menu, and all of the Simcity 3000 buildings will be available.

Make terrain rise or fall

Open the cheat box and type in any one of the following codes: 'terrain one down, terrain ten down, terrain one up, terrain ten up'. I think you get what these do.
