I'm back from my looooong vacation, finally! Yesterday I checked out Warped Tour '01. There were around 30 bands at my stop, but I really liked the Vandals, Me First, Pennywise, Less Than Jake (again), and the best was Rancid. Here's a note to you kids who insist on trying to boo a band off the stage at Warped: every band has the same right as the other to play a half hour show. Give them their time, get over it. It's about unity right? Support every band, they need it. Well, I also checked out VH1's Behind the Music on Green Day. Pretty decent. Not great. See the message board.

Well, I'm yet to check out the special on the boys. I did have my boy tape it for me, so I will check it out when I get home. I'm sure you all know I'm on vacation for another week. 07.06.01 - Green Day on VH1
Hey, sorry no updates. I've been very busy with other things, other priorities that are higher on my shrinking list. About the update, the boys will be on VH1's Behind the Music July 15th. Check your loyal TV guide for times. It'll be interesting to see what take they will interview them from. I think it's strange to see Green Day, who was just a little punk band from Cali, in with the big boys such as Metallica and the Red Hot Chili Peppers, who have also been featured on Behind the Music. Hello fellow fans. I just got word that Joey Ramone of the Ramones died this morning. (Joey Ramone, lead singer of legendary punk band the Ramones, passed away at 2:40 p.m. Sunday at the age of 49...[Mtv.com]) What a horrible thing to have happened on Easter!
