Fathers are every little girls dream,
Even though sometimes they can be mean.
They teach them many things,
Like how to treat their husbands as kings.
They can give their daughters big bear hugs when they are down,
They tell them never to give up and to never frown.
The Fathers baby girls first date is always stuck in his heart,
And if the daughter gets hurt, the father falls apart.
When wedding bells ring,
The father says this better not be a fling.
The daughter says "I asure you it's not,"
This is the right time and place.
The father says to the husband,
She belongs to you now,
She is no longer mine.
If she gets sick, sad or even lonely, take good care of her,
