WRITER/DIRECTOR ~ SARAH K. STEFANSON
STORYTELLER will be Sarah's third one act production. Previously she has written and directed plays entitled Lulibrikita and a Scary Man (Wishart Drama 1996) and boys & girls, the latter of which was co-written and directed by her sister Amy and produced in the summer of 1999. She also has another play in the works called Life + baggage. Sarah is a professional musician and released her debut cd, broken like a starfish, in 1998.
PRODUCER ~ AMY STEFANSON
Having already committed herself to another one act play, Amy was unable to take on the duties of either co-director or stage manager for STORYTELLER and instead took on the more suited role of producer. Amy has worked with Sarah on every single one of her theatre projects thus far as either writer, director, producer, actor, or stage worker. She is currently working on a one act of her own, which is as yet untitled. Amy is a published writer in her senior year at Aden Bowman Collegiate.
STAGE MANAGER ~ MAGGIE ANN STEFANSON
Sarnamy's sister Maggie fulfills the duties of stage manager for STORYTELLER. She also held that title during production of Sarnamy's boys & girls and did stage work on Sarah's first production, Lulibrikita and a Scary Man. Maggie has proven to be a talented and capable stage manager, making her an invaluable addition to the crew. Maggie is a student, saxophonist, and volleyball player at Aden Bowman Collegiate.
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR ~ GLORIA STEFANSON
STORYTELLER is the first Sarnamy Story that has required a technical director. To fill the role, Sarah turned to her mother who will soon be obtaining a degree in drama from the University of Saskatchewan with ambitions to work theatre and film when she grows up.
