Punk Pics #4!

Ok, I made another pic page, I was bored. Here it is...

The Suicide Machines

The Suicide Machines are crazy! I was stupid to forget to put them in the previous pages until now. They are punk, hardcore, and ska, all in one. Vocalist Jason Navarro (Jay) puts his heart and soul into making sure everyone understands the point of his lyrics and his existance. A new album is on the way from these guys, cause they got a new video out called "Sometimes I Don't Mind" about Jay's dog. I am literally praying to god these guys don't sell out to MTV, cause they're already on the BOX-ewwww. On my favorite band list, The Suicide Machines are pretty far up there. Check em out. (At top L-R: Derek Grant (former drummer), Dan Lukacinsky, Royce Nunley, Jason Navarro)

The Ramones

Punk wouldn't exist if it weren't for the Ramones. There is a great article in the a Guitar World that says "If you missed out on the Ramones, you missed a lot. It's quite possible that punk rock would never existed had they not come blasting out of the Bowery in the mid-70's." That pretty much explains the Ramones. (At top L-R: C.J. Ramone, Johnny Ramone, Marky Ramone, Joey Ramone. [Note: None of the Ramones are related])

The Dead Kennedys

The Dead Kennedys are a great band started in 1979. With many albums out such as "Fresh Fruit for Rotting Vegetables," "Frakenchrist," and "Give Me Convenience or Give Me Death," the Dead Kennedys, headed by Jello Biafra (who has done several solo albums), have influenced many punk bands now. Their sound is quite unique and different from anyone elses. (Sorry, can't name all memebers from band in order)
