Fund Raising Projects
Where Your Donations Go
During the past 18 months the Martensville Fire Department
has raised money for the following projects:
- AED (Automated External Defibrillator - $ 5,750.00
- Used in Cardiac Arrest Calls
- One of the few Fire Departments in Saskatchewan to offer this highly specialized
equipment
- CPR Mannequins and Training Equipment - $ 1,900.00
- Used for in-house training of Fire Department members as well as CPR classes for
the community
- Currently trained over 25 people since January, including 10 citizens for the cost
of books only
- Ventillation Chain Saw - $ 1,400.00
- Used for Rapid Access and Ventillation of buildings with a
specially constructed Chain-saw and tungsten-carbide chain
