The Rules
You and Saige Whisper are walkeing and you say you are interested in adopting a flarda. "Ok, great! But there are some simple rules you must fallow. Vekor Wind, come here would you." You see a bronze dragon come in. 
"Hi, I'm Vekor Wind, the pack beta. That means I'm second in command. My mate, Scout Berry, is second beta which means that she has the rank just under mine. Soo you want to know the rules to adopt one of the young flardas? These are the rules, plain and simple.
1) You MUST have a web page, no questions.
2) Your flarda must be placed on a page of it's own or with other flardas. I can't enfource this rule enough, moste pages I get don't fallow it.
3) The flarda's page must be made BEFOURE you send in an application soo that I know it will have a good home and not some slum place.
4) You must have your flarda up within a week or it is listed as abandoned and you can not adopt from the next set of clutches.
5) You MUST link back to the agency.
6) You must have the word 'beta' somewhere in the comments box so I know you read the rules.
7) Your page must be approved by Sedge Whisper.
8) You must join the mailing list (sign up can be found on the main page).

The Pages
My idea of a good page has; descriptions of the weyr (inside and outside) and surrounding area, a good but not perfect persona, some information about the creature your planning to adopt, and a workeing like that doesn't look to out of place, and hopefully a good background. Some images are nice too, but I don't require them b/c moste are to large and just spoil the page. Try some creativity in your writeing, a stats table (or promis for one) is always nice too and a story set up is wonderfull. The kind of flarda you recieve will be based on how good your page is.
