 Episode 1: Honeymoon's Over

Barenaked Ladies perform at the sisters' club in the third-season opener. Elsewhere, Prue and Phoebe capture a demonically possessed killer, only to watch him beat the murder charge in court, due in part to their inability to explain what happened to the murder weapon. They lie on the stand during a murder trial, setting a killer free and endangering the life of an assistant district attorney.

Episode 2: Magic Hour

Episode 3: Once Upon a Time

In order to save a little girl’s life, Prue (Shannen Doherty) and Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) must revert to a time of innocence when they believed in mystical worlds filled with fairies and trolls. The sisters aid a girl using a jewelry box to keep a fairy safe from trolls who want to use the winged creature to take over the magical kingdom ruled by the fairy's parents. Meanwhile, a distraught Piper goes on strike, refusing to use her powers to help innocents until Leo's superiors allow the couple to reunite.

Episode 4: All Halliwells Eve

The power of All Hallow's Eve mysteriously transports Prue, Phoebe and Piper back to colonial Virginia (1670 to be exact) on Halloween Night. They are soon reminded what a bad time that is to be a witch, and must save a coven in danger of extinction to protect their own futures. Meanwhile, in the present, Leo and Darryl battle Grimlocks who have returned from the dead and seek revenge on the Charmed Ones.

Strange things have been occurring at the manor. Meanwhile, Cole learns that his superiors have assigned another demon to destroy the Charmed Ones.

Cole plans to destroy the Halliwell sisters by enlisting the help of a demon who elevates his victim's anger into violent rage. Cole gathers information from one of their arguments to form anger between Prue, Phoebe and Piper to break their bond and destroy the very foundation of their powers, leaving the sisters defenseless against attack.

A demon named Krell seeks Prue and Piper's help in destroying Belthazor, the demon who disguises himself as Cole and has his sights set on killing the charmed sisters. Meanwhile, an injured Cole gets a surprise visit from a concerned Phoebe, who, like her sisters, is unaware of the lawyer's true identity. When she does find out Phoebe faces the tough decision of killing the man she loves or defying her sisters by letting him go free.

Prue has a melody stuck in her head and she discovers its origin while having lunch with Phoebe in a park---it's the sound of an ice-cream truck whose driver abducts children. Prue and Phoebe are lured into a nightmarish alternate dimension by a seemingly evil ice cream man, the girls mistakenly help demons and endanger an innocent. Meanwhile, Piper tries to find the Halliwell sisters' father after receiving news that he was spotted in town.

Prue, Piper and Phoebe risk their lives in an underworld wrestling ring to save his soul. Meanwhile, Leo loses the engagement ring that he planned to give to Piper.

A warlock uses disguises to lure Prue to a ceremonial altar, where he plans to wed the Halliwell sister and turn her to evil---hoping the effect will spread to her siblings and the Book of Shadows. Meanwhile, Piper and Leo clash over their wedding plans.

Episode 14: The Good, the Bad and the Cursed

While visiting a ghost town with her father, Phoebe has visions of a cowboy from the Old West getting beaten up and she begins to suffer from his injuries, which later include a gunshot wound. Phoebe somehow becomes psychically and physically linked with the violent past of the Old West ghost town complete with horses, petticoats, cowboys and six-shooters, and Prue must go back in time to save her sister from the horrifying fate of re-living a man's death every day of her life for eternity. Elsewhere, Leo finds out that his future father-in-law doesn't know that Leo is a Whitelighter.

Episode 15: Just Harried

Piper and Leo's wedding day arrives, but their milestone event is hardly what every good witch dreams of. A nervous bride might expect her nuptials to be plagued by problems with an incompetent caterer, an out-of-tune band or some unruly guests, but Piper should be so lucky. Instead, the Charmed One's big day is jeopardized by the escapades of sister Prue's astral self. The manifestation of Prue's subconscious takes a human form and decides to have some fun at a local biker bar. The phantom Prue then quarrels with a bar patron who turns up dead, which makes the real Prue a murder suspect.

Leo and the Halliwell sisters are each infected with one of the seven deadly sins after a demon attacks them with glowing orbs that contain the evil desires. Phoebe is the first to react to the wicked impulses, and her actions jeopardize her academic career. But after only a few hours exposed to Greed, Pride, Envy, Anger, Gluttony, Lust and Sloth, Phoebe, Prue and Piper may self-destruct.

Episode 17: The Demon Who Came in from the Cold

Cole learns that the Brotherhood, an elite demonic group of which he was a member, is murdering street prophets to protect a secret plan involving a computer company, so he goes undercover as Belthazor to infiltrate the organization to help Prue, Phoebe, Piper and Leo learn more about the evil. But their trust in him falters when it looks as though they are being double-crossed.

Episode 18: Exit Strategy

Cole agrees to steal a witch's amulet in order to convince the head of the Brotherhood that he is still evil. He completes his task without hurting the witch, but another demon kills her in hopes that Cole will be blamed for the murder. Phoebe is worried when, Cole, stays undercover in a demon Brotherhood, but the danger turns dire when Cole's old mentor plots to bring out his evil side and turn his massive powers on the Charmed Ones.Meanwhile, Piper's powers begin to malfunction and she inadvertently blows up everything she points to.

Episode 19: Look Who's Barking

The Charmed Ones see visions of a Banshee demon so the sisters hunt for a demon that attacks people who are in deep sorrow. However when they perform a tracking spell, they inadvertently turn Prue into a Siberian husky to track it down. However, while "Prujo" is injured, Phoebe becomes the Banshee's newest target. Meanwhile, Cole seeks an alchemist's help in reducing the human side of his soul.
