Q:

Can me and my friends/car club all park together?

A:

Yes. However, with the way that our numbering system is set up, you will all need to arrive together in order to be parked together. It is a hassle for our volunteers to try to leave gaps in the parking lines for someone that will be coming in later.

How do I pre-register for the car show?

A:

Please visit our Pre-Registration page HERE to print out the form. Make sure to send it in before the due date.

Can I bring a pop-up tent/shade?

A:

Yes, now that we have moved to our larger location we have more room for pop-up tents!

How is the judging scored and who judges the event?

A:

Every year we have a group of volunteers for judges. Most are not professionals. There is no numerical judging system, winners are decided by the judge's opinions of the vehicles.

What exactly does the proceeds of this fundraiser go towards?

A:

All proceeds from this fundraiser event go towards the Sunnyside High School's senior class graduation party. This party is an annual tradition solely funded by fundraising efforts from the senior class parents and donations. It is a fun and safe celebration alternative for the new graduates, which takes place directly after they receive their diplomas. The graduates get to spend the evening playing games, dancing, winning prizes, and creating lasting memories with their classmates in a safe environment.

What are the year/model/make restrictions for entering a vehicle?

A:

There are NO vehicle restrictions! ANY vehicle can be entered. One year we even had someone enter a boat! This is a fairly casual event, with the purpose of showcasing whatever you drive, and donating to the Sunnyside High School graduating class.

Will there be food at the event?

A:

Yes! We have a great concessions stand available, with coffee, hamburgers, hotdogs, soda, and snacks. Once again, all proceeds from these sales go directly towards our fundraiser.

Q:

If I enter my vehicle, can I leave early (before judging/awards)?

A:

If you absolutely MUST leave early, we ask that you PLEASE notify the gate attendants when you first come in, so that we can make accommodations. If you will not be staying for the awads ceremony, we would like to notify our judges to exclude your vehicle.

Can I bring my dog?

A:

Dogs are welcome, as long as they are picked up after and ALWAYS on a leash. Please remember that this is on school grounds and the field that will be used again by children when the show is over.
