Wellivers in Third Reunion

Delightful Gathering of the

Clan was Held in

Benton Park

 

OFFICERS ARE NAMED

 

     The third annual reunion of the Welliver family was held at Benton Park recently. Officers were elected for next year as follows: President, Raymond Smith; vice-president, Harry Johnson; treasurer, Emory Parson; secretary, Grace E. Sones; program committee, Karl Shoemaker and Thelma Johnson.

     The oldest person present was L.E. Sones and the youngest person present was Drue Spayde, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Spayde. Both received presents. The reunion next year will be held at Spring Brook Park on Memorial Day.

     The following attended: Berwick—Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Smith and children, Bernice and Donald, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Brown, Mrs. W.C. Welliver.

     Bloomsburg—Mr. and Mrs. Harry Johnson and daughter, Thelma, Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Shoemaker and sons, Karl, Charles and Clyde, Mr. and Mrs. Elvin Lehman and children , Billie, Harold and Odean, Mrs. J.E. Nash, John Welliver.

     Millville—Mr. and Mrs. L.E.Sones, Carl Sones, Grace E. Sones.

     Muncy—Mr. and Mrs. Calvin Sones and daughter, Dorothy, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Sones and children, Walter, Bruce and Evelyn, Warren Sones.

     Hughesville—Mr. and Mrs. Ermoyr Parsons and son, George.

     Nescopeck—Mrs. Samuel Baylor and daughter, Elizabeth, Mr. and Mrs. C. Spayde and son, Drue.

     Broadway—Mrs. Bessie Wandel and sons, Russel and Sheldon, Miss Edna Roberts, Mr. and Mrs. W.E. Boston.

     Northumberland—Mr. and Mrs. Norman Roberts and sons, George, Harry and John.
