Stackhouse Clan

Holds 6th Reunion

At Grassmere Park

 

     The sixth reunion of the Stackhouse family was held at Grassmere Park with a fairly good attendance.

     The officers for the coming year were re-elected and the next reunion will be the last Sunday in June 1937, at Grassmere Park.

     Prizes were awarded to the following: oldest man, Miles Artley; oldest lady, Mrs. Stanley Simpson; youngest baby girl, Laura Irene Comstock; youngest baby boy, son of Mr. and Mrs. Vincent Arndt; longest married couple, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Simpson, latest married couple, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Houseweart; coming the longest distrance, Erastus Hess, Binghamton, N.Y.; largest family, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Stackhouse and second largest family, Mr. and Mrs. Owen Hartman.

     The following were present:

     Benton—A.B. Comstock, Orval, Arthur, Clifton, and Glenda Comstock, Mr. and Mrs. Arley Comstock and daughter, Laura, Carola, Cole, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Houseweart, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Houseweart and sons, Robert and Raymond, Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Simpson and son, Guy, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Stackhouse and daughters, Jean and Jane and sons, Thomas and Kenneth, Mr. and Mrs. Owen Hartman, daughters, Vida, Vivian and Beverly and son Buddy.
