There are 2 different types of live membership which are Gold and Silver. Almost anyone who plays xbox has a gold which is 5.99$ a month. But anybody who has an xbox and has the internet will automatically have a silver membership. Which allows you to compete against other people online.I enjoy the Xbox a lot play a bunch of games and get quite a bit of use out of it. Would rather have this Xbox than a PS3 any day.
