9-5-01 Ok guys we are going to have roms, but since we can't find a server heres what were going to do. We will have a list with all of the roms for every system that we have...including N64 games. But you will have to e-mail us with the roms you want (limit 5 per person each week). We will put the roms on a random site which we made for roms. After we have recieved all of your requests we will put them up every monday night. deadlines for each week are and will always be saturday. We start taking requests again monday morning(Requests made on monday morning will not be put up that night). We will e-mail you the links to all of the roms you requested. Send your rom requests to theplayazroms@yahoo.com !e-mails with morethan 5 roms requested will be discarded. Do not email your rom requests to our normal e-mail, they will just be ignored. The roms lists should be up soon! 6-18-01 Well, FOLKS.....Sorry for the lack of updates, but working and trying to update everyday is a very hard thing to do! Lots of new emulators have been released so, I will start uploading them tonight. I should have them linked to by tomorrow. The rom search has gotten no work done on it since the beginning of May, so that may not be up by the end of this summer! I know I know nothing but bad news today.... well heres more bad news.... we may not even have a rom search, or roms lists anymore. Because of the lack of time we cannot do shit with those things.....but we haven't come to a solid conclusion on that yet ...so keep your fingers crossed. After many fortunecity accounts being kicked off we have decided to be a rom search site! All of our other things will stay the same we will still offer you the newest versions of the best emulators. We will still have translations and save states aswell. I know I know we don't have any or not very much of translations, or save states, but we hope to have all we can get our hands on by the middle of this summer! This rom search is only just starting and Dr.Gordon is responsible for the rom search! So give him time. I have the snes roms list for Pe2000, and oneminuteleft(OML) up already, and they should be linked to by the time you read this. All of our roms pages are now hosted by tripod, because they support a cgi-bin, which is needed for the roms search. Dr.Gordon - 4-21-01 I finally got some more roms up. Letters e and f are now up. I should have all of A to I up next week. I also got Aprils game of the month up. I couldn't find a game that was as good as Aero the Acro-Bat 2... so it is game of the month again. The games aren't synchronised on DirectSound buffer during Netplay (du to some low frame rate problems) so the sound have some bad noises :( Note that Netplay is surely a bit buggy, sorry for it... * GYM loggin added. * VDP debug informations added. * VDP RAM write fixed (broken in Gens 0.8) * Bug with hilight/shadow effect over sprite fixed (broken in Gens 0.8) * Because of some incompatibilities with Visual C++ 5.0 and Kaillera, Gens is now compiled with Visual C++ 6.0 * Polish, Catalan and Hungarian menu translation added.
