Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has become famous because of its effectiveness in Mixed Martial Arts. Most techniques involve both fighters on the mat. There is a heavy emphasis on positional strategy; which fighter is on top, and where each person's legs are, etc. Positions are stable situations, from which a large variety of techniques are available to both fighters.

Jamie Alexandrino was awarded his brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and has competition experience in Brazil. He has been the training partner and friend of many respected players. He teaches both gi (uniform/kimono) and no-gi Jiu-Jitsu at our school.

You can join the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes separately or combine them with our San Da Kickboxing classes for a complete MMA workout. Feel free to try a FREE CLASS! For more information please call (212) 239-8619 or fill out the form below.
