This is an exerpt from The Congressional Observer or something like that... the appeal if filed... we'll see where it goes.

"It has been decided that Jeremy cannot profit from his looks, his very own body, his very own God-given gifts. While the NCAA has dubiously been able to limit his potential income under the auspices of keeping Jeremy "just like very other student," they will never be able to render him so banal. He has shown courage beyond the average student in attempting to fight what he saw as a fundamental injustice. He then, after losing his cause, showed even more character by sacrificing the lure of earnings to follow a dream. As hard as they may try, the NCAA will never make Jeremy a typical college student."
