Hsinchu diary.　I have just come back from a very short trip from Taiwan.
It was a business trip in which I stayed in Ambassador hotel in
Hsinchu city near Taipei for 4 days. Local temperature
was 35 degrees C hot and 86% humid. ＜<br>＞
I have been there to Hsinchu (which meaning is New Bomboo city)  for 3 nights
4-days. However, schedules was too tight that I didn't make any visit. 
 The flight to Taipei was late so that the flight was postponed by 65 minutes. A flight attendant 

(Stewardess), who looks like "Fei Wang the famous singer", told me that it might not be too crowded at 

Taipei international airport. At last, I arrived at Taipei at around 8:00p.m (in the first night) and visited 

professors in Taiwan university  and travelled from Taipei to Hsinchu city but the driver drove wrong
road (wrong exit at highway) such that I arrived at Hsinchu on around 12:30a.m.
 in the morning, and I checked-in hotel at midnight (1a.m.)   Then, I quited to go back
to Taipei again.  Firstly, I wanted to write a post card to CUHK's alumni and asked for their postage address 

but did not receive reply in time so that I change my mind to paste the photographs on web-sites to let 

everyone see them. I am still writing the real letter to them but I
want to write it more completely. 
June 30: I was rather energetic so that
I participated a seminar for technology. After that ,
I even visit a company for some information.   DoItYourself (DIY) shop on street view while jogging people 

ran around. We searched for good restaurant and found a Red roof house, which is a Restaurant for 

delicious Black Chicken Soup and Alcohol . I bought a Topaz semi-precious stone here at Windance Mall, in 

which I bought some stones.
 Do you know a kind of jewellery called Topaz (拓珀石 )?<br>
Someone told me that it is a kind of semi-precious stone, because of its hardness is between
precious-stone and crystal.<br>
   I did not understand but pay for some goods.  I hope that I had made right decision. . <br>
In the trip , I have met many nice persons but did not have enough time to talk more detailedly with them. 
I am still thinking of going to the Disney HK but I have to careful about the arrangement.  Disneyland Tokyo 

is so crowded that we did not really enjoyed it while kids and we went there 2 years ago. Hope that you can

　　June 30 morning (Ambassador hotel)。　I finally found the switch for room light after staying there for 2 

days.
A convent secondary school playground in parallel to road, closed to the Hsinchu train station. 
June 30 afternoon National Tsinghua University for SECMEX Exhibition of ”Taiwan Packaging and Equipment

”。
Park at opposite side of the victory secondary school。company visit .
Server Room for optical . 
（mid-way） a　government ward （mid-way） ＤＩＹ Shop:  too early to open。
〔5:30p.m.〕Church. Dark chicken foods and alcohol. 
（evening）Windance Shopping Mall （拓拔＝TOPAZ) blue semi-precious stone(Blue Topaz)

Windance Shopping Mall（新竹市中央路２３３号03-5155252(代表号)）closed at 10:00p.m.  I might be the last 

customer for jewellery.

　　7月1日上午８：００~~下午８：００一直開A-SSCC論文査読委員会。
July 2: We bought red bean cake. I took air-conditioned bus to video shops and bought some primary English 

lesson VCD. I visited SOGO Department Store. SOGO。（Map 2） One person atSOGO.  Do you miss Fei 

Wang?
