The Side Cast With Multi-loop Method (Lasso style)
How To Make The Lasso Style Cast
- Holding The Rod Across Your Chest
- Release The Reels Clutch / Ratchet Or Check
- Steady The reel With Your Thumb
- With your Spare Hand Pull Of A loop Of Line
- Lift The Rod To Increase The Size Of The Loop
- Repeat The Process Forming Several loops
- Swing Your Rod Out To wards Your Chosen Spot
- Release The loops Of Line As Your Terminal Tackle Straitens Out
- Slow The Terminal Tackle As It Approaches The Waters Surface
- Do This By Allowing The Line To Pass Over Your Palm As You Cast
- Then Apply A Little Pressure To The Line With Your Thumb
- This Will Prevent Any Tangles As The Float Enters The Water
- If Your Trotting Then Amend The Line
- If Your NOT Trotting Re-apply The Reels Check
- And Put Your Rod On A Rest Sit Back And Enjoy
