The Athletics is a Midget (coach-pitch level) baseball team for boys ages 6 through 8 and a category in the Junior Baseball program of the Spring Branch-Memorial Sports Association located in Houston, Texas. In the Midget league, players are assigned to teams, with team formation typically following elementary school attendance zones within SBISD. Spring training began on February 17th and our first practice was held on February 18th. The season will last until the end of the school year. Midget games are played on four-field complexes at Pine Shadows Elementary School (lighted fields) (9810 Neuens) and at the SBISD Career Center (10660 Hammerly). Practice games start March 5th. |
