JR: Ladies and gentlemen our next match is to determin the number one contender to the XHWF US Title. We have seen these two competitiors have a furious battle but tonight they will settle everything right in front of us. Now I believe that earlier today Scott Veal resigned this match to be a cage match.
King: Well I'm glad that Scott did that because now that no good Sting can't interfear and cause The Hitman to lose that match.
JR: King how can you say that? Anyway as the cage lowers lets take a look at the recent history between Shamrock and Hitman.
The camera fades into a video with a voice over.
VO: Bret Hart and Ken Shamrock were once good friends. Ken Shamrock left the Starfuckers Inc to side with his friend Sting. Sting and Shamrock not to long after won the tag team titles. After defending the tag team titles once Sting and Shamrock broke and then Bret accused Shamrock of turning his back on Sting. Shamrock later announced that he wanted to face Bret Hart in a match at the royal rumble for the number one contender spot to the US Title. A few weeks ago Bret sided with the former brood to form the ministry. Bret then changed his name to The Hitman. Tonight Ken Shamrock will take on The Hitman in a no disqualification cage match. All the rules will be thrown out and there will be an 18 foot high steel cage surrounding the ring. Tonight Ken Shamrock will not only for the right to be the number one contender. He will be fighting for pride and to claim a victory over The Hitman.
