OUR SAVIOUR
We were given our Saviour
on a starry night,
His name is Jesus, and
He provided the light.
He was born in a manger, on a
bed of hay, We celebrate His
great birth on Christmas Day.
He was given to us by His Father
above,Then He was taken back
home on the wings of a dove.
But before He ascended,
He had His say...He gave His
command to believe and to pray.
It's exciting to hear about
the birth of our Christ,
How He died for us all,
how He paid our price.
But back to the reason for this
little note-Give Jesus the
burdens of your life to tote.
He asked for them, you just have
to give, Then through His guidance,
a good life you can live.
All the problems of this world
aren't narrow or short,
They are different for all,
and can be any sort.
So what's happened to those
who say they know the Lord?
Why are they acting so foolish,
and say they are bored?
This Christmas season, don't
worry so hard,It's not worth all
your headaches and being so tired.
Just remember that Jesus
is here for you now,
Pray and have faith
and He'll show you how.
On your bended knee, ask the Lord
for His guidance, He's here as He
promised, He stands by your side...
Think about all this
as you hurry your way...
What if He didn't take time
to ask us to pray???
