1939 Warriors
For the first time since the football program began in 1930, Tehachapi finally had a winning season as the 1939 gridders finished with a fine 6-2-1 overall season record. Tehachapi also had a great defense in 1939, allowing only 29 points.
Shafter High won the Sierra League Championship in 1939.
