Tehachapi and Fresno High School met for the first time in history in 2017 in a Central Section Division III playoff game.
The Warriors won the game on the mountain, 20-14.

Fresno High School opened its doors in Fresno in 1889. Fresno High School is the oldest public high school in the metropolitan Fresno area.
The school colors are purple and gold and the school is located at 1839 North Echo Street in the Tower District of Fresno. The
school has a student population of 3,020 (2007-08).
