I have been married to David, my high school sweetheart, for 28 years. We have a

25 year old daughter named Kristin,
and a 21 year old son, named David. Kristin and her fiance Don have just bought a house and they live about 30 minutes from us, and David lives here with his Father and I.

Since my parents are both gone we are now living in the home I grew up in, in Garden City, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit. Hubby works for the phone company and I have been a stay at home Mom since my daughter was born. With me staying at home we never had alot of THINGS but my children always had Mom at home. We also were foster parents for abused children for awhile.

MY FAVORITE BOOKS

I have read hundreds and hundreds of books and my very favorite is the Earth's Children Series by Jean Auel. She has published the first 4 in a series of 6. Here are the books in order:
The Clan of the Cave Bear
The Valley of the Horses
The Mammoth Hunters
The Plains of Passage
The next book should be out early next year. I have read the first two books at least 6-10 times each and the others more than once. I highly recommend reading them. Trust me if you love nature and this Earth you won't be able to put them down.
