1985 ISA WORLD SERIES (Held at Wilmington, NC)

Howards defeated Elite in winners bracket final 32-10 in a 5 inning run rule affar. After Elite eliminated Steele's Sports, 
they defeated Howards 34-21 to go to the "if" game. Howards exploded for 13 runs in the second inning and held Elite to just 
5 runs over the first four innings and finished with a 26-15 win. Don Arndt was the MVP as he went 9-11 with 8 HRs.

Ritch's-Superior defeated Sunbelt/Worth 16-9 in the winners bracket final, After Sunbelt eliminated 3rd place 
Stottler Stagg, they were beaten once again by the R-S crew 28-8 in the Championship Game. MVP Charles Wright was 4-5 with 3 RBIs in the Final game. 
Britt Hightower was also 4-5 and he hit 2 HRs and 7 RBIs. Ron Parnell also had 2 HRs in the game. Mike Macenko accounted for 5 of Sunbelts 8 runs 
with a 3-run HR and a 2-run Double.

ISA Changed the format of their National Championships to Just having Classes C, D and E. 
They did try to schedule an upper class National called the "Elite World Series" and it was actually played one year.
