Primary health care to the needy children, including the basic medication is another objective, which Jagriti works for. Needy children are identified through government hospitals. The identified children are provided the necessary immunization and regular medical care with the help of identified medical organizations.

The children who get the education support from Jagriti, are also covered for basic immunization and health checkups. Jagriti tries to associate with such doctors and other medical authorities who are ready to give free services and consultancy.
