FZY CC CONTACTS AND CLUB RECORDS
The club graduated from the delightful but spartan fields of Edgwarebury Park to the more glamorous facilities at Old Haberdshers CC a few years ago. This ground, which has a clubhouse with all the works, a scorebox and a low, slow pitch can be found at Croxdale Road, Borehamwood, just off Theobald Street to the north of the Boulevard Retail Centre. The nearest station is Elstree & Borehamwood (Thameslink), which is about ten minutes' walk away (15 mins. with kit), and the 292 bus stops near the end of Croxdale Road.
We welcome any new players, regardless of ability! The fixture list is built around a series of Maccabi League matches (usually six), with friendlies and the odd cup match on the other Sundays. Every year, there is a Tour to Devon in mid-July. In the winter there are a couple of indoor tournaments, and then pre-season indoor nets in March and April.
