I should start by telling you a little
about myself. My name is Jennifer, I am 36 years old and live in San Diego, California. I have
the most adorable son named
Nikkolas. I became
engaged to a wonderful man named David in August of 1999. My two favorite guys get along wonderfully and our family
was quite complete......or least we thought it was. We got a big surprise though and found out we were expecting a baby girl.
Alexandra Destiny
was born on Valentine's Day 2001. She's beautiful and healthy. We are so happy.
We were
married shortly after she was born on May 19, 2001.
We then found out we were expecting a new baby boy on July 22, 2003. We were absolutely thrilled! Kids truly are a blessing!!!
Jeremiah David blessed us with his presence just a little early. He was born July 13th at 10:14am. He weighed 7 lbs. 9 oz. and was 21 1/2 inches long.
I recently quit my job when we moved and for right now am staying home with the kids. I also started a new home based business selling children's books. The company is called Usborne Books At Home and they are wonderful, educational books. It feels great to have a part in instilling a love of reading in children. David is working full-time at Ferguson Bath Kitchen & Lighting Gallery. He's been promoted three times and is now working as a showroom sales consultant. He is very busy and sacrifices so much for his family.
Nikk just started 8th grade. It's hard to believe he'll be in high school next year. He's as tall as me and growing all the time. I'll be looking up at him in no time. He is active in church, he sings in the youth choir, partipates in the plays and worked as a volunteer at vacation bible school over the summer. He has three guitars and now he wants drums. And of course he still loves to surf.
Alexandra just started 2nd grade. She loves school, and she's really good at math. She has taken tiny tot tumbling, gymnastics and she also took dance classes for a year. She wants to take gymnastics again and possibly cheerleading. She's been in Girl Scouts for two years now (Daisies in kindergarten and Brownies last year), but we have to find her a new Brownie troop since we moved.
Jeremiah turned five this summer and just started kindergarten. I can't believe my last little baby is in school. He loves books and playing games on the computer. His all time favorite toy is still his frog that plays "Jeremiah Was a Bullfrog" (He thinks that song was written for him!) He knows his colors in English & Spanish, his ABCs, counts, and is learning to write more everyday. He has also taken tot tumbling.
I have many interests, though I rarely have time for them. I love to draw,
I enjoy crosswords and puzzles, and board games. I like to read, surf the net, work
on websites. I like doing crafts and scrapbooking. I love going to Vegas, I'm not a big gambler, but I love the nightlife. I love evenings out on the town dressed
up and also camping under the stars. I
love picnics and rollercoasters. I love to walk on the beach at night. And I love just lying in bed watching movies and cuddling with the
man I love.
