Ethan Hunt, top operative in the IM force. Good morning Mr. Hunt. Recently, our opposition has gotten ahold of one half of the NOC list, a list of all of our agent’s names and codenames. They will stop at nothing to get what they want. You mission, should you choose to accept it, is to recover the NOC list, and prevent them from decoding or retrieving the other half. This message will self-destruct in 5 seconds…
Graphics (4)-Things that you kneed in this game are very conspicuous, and stand out from the rest of the background. It really makes this game too easy. The characters are blocky, and can’t fall when they die (they wait for the ceasing of raining bullets). The frame rate is good however and shows no signs of slowdown.
Sound (6.5)-The sound can get annoying, but only in long periods of time. The gun shots sound terrible, and the talking leaves something to be desired…must kill Ethan…sorry, tuned out for a minute there…
Play Control (5)-Let’s face it, the guy just doesn’t jump when you want him to. Controlling him is quite difficult, and shooting and walking is quite hard. Plus, he has that feature where if you hit back, he goes backwards, but doesn’t turn around.
Replay Value (4)-You won’t come back to this game, so don’t purchase without a rental. Unless of course the game is like $10, that’s a deal for any game (excluding this, Superman, Rugrats: Scavenger Hunt, and Blast Corps)!
Fun Factor (8.5)-This game isn’t fun, it just gets addicting (juuuust keep telling yourself that). There are a select few levels that are fun, but a for the most part this game is a dis-grace to the Nintendo name.
Overall 6.0/10
