Mario, thinking of his closest friends, invites them all over for a party. Luigi, Princess, Yoshi, Wario, and Donkey Kong all RSVP, for one good wholesome party. Eventually they have a dispute about who among them is the biggest star, the Super Star. After listing to argument, Toad suggests to them to go to the Mushroom Kingdom, and take the Warp Pipe into adventure, to find out who really is the best, and with over 50 mini-games, they’ll be busy for a while.

Graphics (7)-The graphics are quite good for the backgrounds, but the characters are rather blocky. Thankfuly though, there is little slowdown.

Sound: (8)-The music and FX sound quite well done, and the music is fitting.

Play Control (7.5)-This score was brought down, because of a lot of mini-games, such as Paddle Battle. The game clearly shows you the controls for everything, but games like Paddle Battle really do hurt your hand, because of you having to rotate the control stick as fast as you can. You can get blisters from this.

Fun Factor (8)-There is no denying it, the mini-games are all around fun! You test your skill against the computers, or your friends.

Replay Value (9)-You’ll definitally come back to this game, because it solves a lot of “I’m better at Nintendo than you are” arguments. The mini-games save it here. Without them, this game would be a real big bust.
